Uses

Massage

Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml (1 chinese soup spoon) of carrier oil for an adult and up to 2 or 3 drops for children, elderly or pregnant women.

Steam Inhalation

Suitable for clearing sinus congestion. Add 1 drop each of Lavender or Lemon and Eucalyptus or Tea Tree to a soup bowl size of hot water, close eyes, cover head with towel while bending over the bowl inhale deeply through your nose for 5 mins. NOT SUITABLE FOR ASTHMATICS!

Vaporisers, Burners and Humidifiers

Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to the bowl filled with water with our deep dish candle or electric lamp burner for a safe peaceful night’s rest.

Baths

Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oils to 10ml of carrier oil or milk or bubble bath and disperse in water. For a foot bath, add 2 to 4 drops of essential oils to a basin of warm water (swish the water well) to pamper your tired feet.

Hot or Cold Compress

Compresses are ideal for sore spots like sprains (use a cold compress) or muscle aches and pains (use a hot compress). Add 2 to 3 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot of cold water and swish the water. Use a dry face towel to dip in and wring dry and apply to affected area.
